LESSON STRUCTURE

Live Zoom Sessions

  • What's the difference between the live zoom sessions and the pre-recorded lessons?

Live Zoom lessons will be lessons which are taught directly to students who attend the session live at the specified timing.

Whereas Pre-recorded lessons are lessons which have been recorded previously and will be uploaded weekly. Students can watch it at their own time and own targets.

  • Which is better?

    It depends on the individual.

Some sisters prefer pre-recorded lessons as they can watch it at their own time. However, it will require them to be self-consistent. In terms of asking questions, it will be mostly through written communication (through WhatsApp with the Ustazah).

On the other hand, live Zoom sessions are more suitable for sisters who need the motivation to be consistent or need the boost of having others going through the module together. It is also easier to ask the Ustazah questions. However, it needs them to be able to attend at the stated timing.

  • What is the timing for the live Zoom sessions?

It will be on Mondays, 9.30pm to 10.15pm. A list of lesson dates will be sent to students.

  • Will the live sessions be recorded?

    Yes they will.

  • Is there a minimum percentage of attendance for the live Zoom sessions?

There is no specific percentage. However, students who miss the sessions 3 times in a row (without a valid excuse given) will be switched to the pre-recorded lessons structure.
