This daurah consists of 2 modules (Each module is 4 months of lessons and 2 months of revisions and tests). This is Module 2 of the daurah.

Fiqhul Ibadat by Hajjah Durriyyah (Students will use the English translation of the book)

Has completed Fiqh Module 1.

There will be a test at the end of the module. Students have the choice of not sitting for it (unless they are ISP students). However, they will not be awarded any certificate should they opt out of the test.

At the end of the two modules, students who have passed the test/s with a minimum overall percentage of 50% will be awarded a certificate of completion from Afaq Syria.

Lessons 1-3: Fasting and I’tikaf

• Definition of fasting and types of fasting to the conditions of a valid fast
• Things that are recommended in fasting to Fidya
• Recommended, makrooh and forbidden fasting to end of I’tikaf

Lessons 4-8: Zakat

• The meaning of Zakat to the conditions obligating Zakat
• of Livestock and grain and fruit
• of Money and Trade goods
• Eid Al Fitr and Paying Zakat
• Paying Zakat and Voluntary Charity

Lessons 9-16: Hajj

• Meaning of Hajj to conditions of the delegate
• Pillars of Hajj and Umrah
• Obligatory acts of Hajj and Umrah
• Sunnahs of Hajj and Umrah
• Release from Ihram to release from ihram for someone detained
• Missing Hajj to Uddhia
